TOPSAR cooperation with maritime countries is to define a regulatory format for each individual territory for the operations of vessels and aircraft covering outside boundaries, approach and along side the offshore terminals.

When the operations manual and the offshore port guidelines are produced for the respective territory the Tariff package shall be levied to the users of the offshore ports whereby it shall as a result generate revenues from tariffs, e.g. helicopters and vessels transportation of passenger and cargo, adequate funding for coverage of expenses to not only monitor and execute quality control system in coordination with our company's partner's but also provide a fully equipped search and rescue response team to the benefit of the maritime work force saving life at sea and protection of marine environment.
